Long and healthy hair





I started a hair routine a couple of months ago that made my hair grow so fast and made it healthy so this is what I do and I want to share with you.



1 . My now inseparable Coconut oil

Put coconut oil from the roots to the tips of your hair . Apply and leave it during the night. Wash it in the morning and the change is incredible !!!

2 Biotin in the shampoo

Biotin is essential in the production of energy and metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Biotin promotes healthy hair growth and prevents hair from drying out.

3. Oils

Coconut and argan oil are wonderful for hair. I love how it leaves my hair soft. Oil moisturizes, softens and protects it from UV rays. I apply it every time that I can. I carry it with me everywhere. You can see my favorites here or here






4. Treatment per month

Every month I apply natural home made treatments or I apply this every 15 days which leaves my hair soft and beautiful.

5. Natural look

Now in the summer I take advantage not to use a hairdryer or iron and apply this mousse that leave my hair with natural  waves and a fresh look. Perfect for summer !!!

These are the 5 things that I do for the care of my hair. They do not take a lot of money and time.
